Dear investors and partners, we invite you to view the progress of the unique Anichi Resort & Spa, situated along the sandy coastline in the north of the island of Dominica. In May 2024, significant work was carried out on both external and internal fronts at the construction site:
Intensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works continued inside the premises, necessary to ensure the comfort and safety of future hotel guests. Additionally, notable progress was made within the entrance building, where plastering works are underway.
External efforts were concentrated on erecting retaining walls around the upper-level buildings. On the southern side of the construction site, workers actively constructed tall and sturdy frameworks, to be later filled with concrete. The supporting wall on the western side completely encircled the restaurant and continues to rise upwards. Excavators on the northern side are preparing the ground for the construction of new walls and pathways, enhancing accessibility and the landscape design of the area.
The movement of large volumes of earth throughout the construction site became a crucial stage. Levelling the ground on the southern end was imperative to create a stable foundation for further construction work. In the area designated for the future restaurant, filling work is underway, preparing the site for the commencement of building construction in the near future.
